Content policy for paddler reports

Paddler reports are short notes from people who paddled a river or launch. They're labeled Paddler report, not official and kept separate from the official rules and data on this site.

Good reports

• What you saw on a specific date: water level, debris, strainers, access issues, crowds, parking.
• Your own photos of the water or launch.

We won't publish

• Personal information about anyone, including faces we can identify, license plates or contact details.
• Ads, links, spam or promotions.
• Harassment, hate, threats or illegal activity.
• Claims that a river is safe or unsafe for others. Describe what you saw; readers should check official advisories.
• Anything off-topic, false, or copied from someone else.

Every report is reviewed by a person before it appears. We can edit out personal details, decline or remove any report at any time. Report a problem: [email protected].
